This Association was formed early in  2006 by a small band of 1940's enthusiasts who have had a life long interest and passion for all things from that era, mainly the years covered by WW2.

Our interests range from WW2 aircraft, transport, music, dress, radio, the home front, in a nutshell, all things 1940's.

As individuals, we have been organising 1940's events for the past few years to raise money for local good causes and charities, so it seemed a good idea to get together in an association.

Oh, did I forget to mention that we all like dressing up in  uniforms! 1940's style of course.

Although we are primarily telling the story of this area in the 1940's, we would like to tell your story  from anywhere in the UK.
