1940's WEEKEND 

Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd August 2010

Lytham St Annes, Lancashire

The event will include an open air 1940's Big Band proms concert on the evening of the 21st starring  Lesley Garrett.  

The Battle of Britain theme weekend will include the concert (limited to 4000 tickets) WW2 re-enactors displays, camps and stalls.  Sunday will  see a new Spitfire Memorial unveiled and open air Church service and flypast to mark the Battle of Britain.  Camping and related facilities available for visitng groups and the general public
